U guys referring to GMarket or Qoo10??? The link i have posted is for Qoo10. This very same seller sold a no. of Robokings before and i've purchased my red one from him. No issues with the purchase, hassle free and relatively quick shipping. There's no issue with the 2 pin power plug. U can get a readily available adapter ( from NTUC, Giant, Sim Lim, etc.) to accommodate the 2 pin plug. Warranty only applies within Korea, though the seller will assist in getting your bot repaired should there be any issues. However, take note that u will have to bear at least one way shipping. LG Robokings on the whole are very reliable. However, there's no guarantee that they dont break down during the warranty period. If u are not comfortable with taking a chance, then please DO NOT buy from an overseas seller. Pay the full price and purchase one in Singapore from an authorised dealer, with the benefit of having a local warranty.

LG Singapore must be really silly if they were to make repairs (even for a fee) for grey units selling for less than half the price of a local set. :s8: Who will buy the local sets then? :s22:

Hi Guys/Ladies, thinking to purchase the Roboking VR-6360LVM or VR-6270LVM from Qoo10.

Understand warranty is based in Korea so will have to send back for repairs. But if I bring it in to LG Singapore, will they agree to service the unit at a cost?

I don't mind paying LG Singapore in the event it breaks down rather than send it back to Korea.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Thanks!

I called up LG Service centre to check. Told them I bought a unit overseas and thinking if possible to get it fixed in SG without warranty.

Have been advised that they will repair the unit IF they have parts and the model is available in SG. e.g VR6270LVM. Parts and service are chargeable.

So yes, think I'll be ordering a unit from Qoo10 soon. Haha.

Seriously if the price is that good compared to local sets of course it's a no brainer...

I own a LG Roboking bought from Parallel importer as well... These machines are ok... And if you need local support you will definitely be able to get that from these resellers...

Go for it...

When my 6260 "chui" I will also be buying from Qoo10

Yup local reseller are able to repair too. So we have a few options to go to if our bot breaks down.

Hi,

I just got a VR6360LVM. How can I change the voice to English?

Just follow the instructions as given by the others here. It will works too...626*,627*,635*&636* should be using same firmware. Even the manual...

After owning this for 3 mths, its has been great except one thing: Its does not try hard enough to get out of tight situations compared to Roomba. Roomba will try and struggle more to get out than Roboking. Roboking tends to give up rather fast.

LG Roboking VR6270LVM
Self-evolving robot vacuum cleaner, Dual Eye 2.0
(VR6360LVM without Floor Master Features only)
Battery life of job is lesser than 627x model.
636x don't have turbo mode.
For me 636x just release by this year, so they change model to be 63xx already, in before was 6260 model.

Hi Bro,

Sorry if I understand you correctly.

So 636X model is formerly 6260 model? Which means in terms of functions, VR6270LVM is still better than VR6360LVM?

Or given the choice, which model (VR6270LVM or VR6360LVM) will you recommend or buy from Qoo10?

Thanks! :)

In term of feature 6270 still much better than 6360 2014 model.
Just because I dunno why on Qoo10 price too closely already.
Buy from Qoo10 or Local Autovacstore is just depend thier pricing, once come to warranty wise, we not really sure of single item and also our home not large to fit in 3 units of Roboking and go for lower price to buy like such as no warranty, got warranty but the shipping 2 ways + 7% GST there is too much for me :)
Some local seller may higher a bit, once the Roboking got such problem, we still can call in and ask or free for repair within a year warranty period.

Anywhere just pay as within your budget or pay a little higher and enjoy with warranty.

Just share my bad experience before, of my 1st Roboking square 6260 black color one, just reliease not so long and grab from Autovacstore, after 6 mths wall sensor all gone, within the job for took 15mins and return to docking on each time & after 8 mths docking no function, maybe their 1st square model for tried in market only, so lucky all the warranty is under local Autovacstore, for my Roboking 6260 still alive now :)

I'm thinking of buying the 6270.
Can it pickup very fine dust on the floor(ceramic tiles) effectively that flew in my home everyday where there is a construction site near my home? Can it clean on L-shape living room? Any user can enlighten. Thanks.

L-Shape without anything to block still can clean out job.

Dust for 1 week time

To be compare both from 6230 or 6260 cleaning job in the same area would be took more faster to completed, unlike the 6270 will took more detail and longer time for same area to be completed and when to next area.

Check with you all, do your 6270 after1.5 hrs job and realise battery not enough and suspended charge a while to be continue again.
