hehe there was no reset, wall sensor has been faulty, needed to replace.. the only way call for repairs, autovacstore can be solve your problem

any idea what's the difference between VR6360LVM and VR6370LVM?

according to feature list, it seems like 6360 doesnt have the "floor master" feature of 6370...

meaning it doesnt detect carpet/rugs and switch modes...

You need to download the file on a USB & install it on your Roboking... Not difficult to do it yourself... I did it myself after fiddling around & she speaks English...

I found out that the model VR6370LVM does comes with pre-loaded English language. I have uploaded HowTo video guide on YouTube for the benefit of others

If no, do I install the firmware update 1st or the English language update 1st?

Look inside to see if there's any linen, dirt, etc. trapped inside the axle. U can use a pair of tweezers to pull the trapped items out without the need to remove the wheels.

Wheels wont create screeching sound.

Please wipe the main brush cover near at rubber part.
Wipe until can't see any black color to stick on that bottom surface as brush cover.

Too dirty meant when turning on floor of that brush cover will easily created sound.

However, I noticed that it will return to certain same area to clean the area again despite it has done so earlier.

Any feedback on this?

My Roboking giving me problems after abt 2yrs of daily usage...

Sometimes it will hang and stay at the base... press all the button dun response... have to switch off and on a few times then respond again...

And last time it is able to detect the small step into the bathroom but now it somehow still detect the step but when it tries to navigate and reverse out, it will drop into the bathroom area and got trapped there...

I realized that mine will do that too if there are some movement or changes to the furniture arrangement while it is doing its round... but i got no problem with it going to clean the area again rather then skipping some area...
