Just gotten a roboking. Do you need to off the power of the dock when it is fully charged or just leave it on?
TIA

Unless u are not using it for weeks, leave the robot docked and keep the power switched on for the dock.

After 2 weeks of using 6370 ...am happy and satisfied with it. It cleans and navigates better than I expected...
I have a messy house with kids. Using the cloth attached,it can clean much better.
Now hope it can last...

I'm keen to get a roboking, but living room and the kitchen are not level just as all those 3rms hdb flat. And I'm afraid the device might just fell and get spoiled when it navigates near to the kitchen. Does it has a sensor to avoid falling to unlevelling flooring? Thanks.

Have you test Roboking at kitchen drop area?

Can said Roboking sensor has more sensitive than Roomba.

Hi all, I'm intending to either get the roboking from either qoo10 or ask my friend to buy back from Korea next month.

Anyone know price in Korea compared to qoo10 will be how much cheaper?

Is it more worth to get the accessories (HEPA filter, rag & side brush) from the same qoo10 seller or buy from SG? If buy the accessories in SG have to buy directly from LG ?

Thanks for reading, hope kind Bros/sis here can advise me.

my mum fell in love with the red 6270, after watching YouTube. was a video comparing Samsung, sharp and irobot 780, with LG came on top in every aspect: cornering/dustbin/noise/mapping/sensor and etc.

can use the 6270 to mop the floor with water? using neato signature XV pro currently though. thanks.

IMHO, buy from Qoo10 is the best...free shipping. When I was in Seoul last Dec, could hardly spot it in the dept stores. The only time I spotted is a old model too.

manual stated not to wet cloth cos it will interfere with navigation. I tried it slightly damped.....so far no problem

just bought the 6370vlm from qoo10 as it's going for 599 again. didn't buy the extras though. are these extras (ie filter, side brush, rag, etc) useful and are they cheaper from qoo10?

Went to LG at Alexander for my roboking fixed as it was moving very weird in zig zag mode, not covering the rooms, cleaning only at the same spot and sometime 'Home' after 2min of vacuum. The technician just spray something like those wd40 can, i dunno what something like Luv.... and cleaned it with a cloth and it works fine now. He told me the hidden sensor around it need to be clean every 2-3 days for optimal performance. I asked him what to use he said any thing that can remove dirt can liao.

Beside Novo 2 fine scratch remover for cleaning the hidden sensor around the roboking, is there any other alternative?

Thanks for reading.
