Dont bother. Its more expensive to buy it from retail outlets in Korea, especially at the major departmental stores. Just buy it online.

does the scratch remover thing really work? after a few days of using the roboking, the sensors appear to be lousier in that the robot will not detect and siam the curve legs of a table that it detected properly in the first few runs. wondering if its due to the fine scratches i see on the black indented rectangular portion of the robot's bumper.

Yes it works to restore the sensors.

In addition, you should observe which obstacle in your furniture caused the scratches and do some preventive action on them. Do not leave any sharp edges there. Always create the best environment for the bot to work in.

Considering an LG VR6340LV

Considering the above, i know its an older tech, but seems like LG robo cleaners are pretty good nonetheless.
Not sure if able to clean all rooms? Im staying in a 4 room HDB.

Mine 5 room as well. On days where the bot got lost, and don't return to dock, it is usually due to obstacles on ground that cause the bot to get stuck , or dirty sensors. Most of the time , it's really helpful for working couples like us to keep the floor clean n hair free!

Ohh thanks much. The black roboking it is, or hombot square as they call it nowaday.

Yup hombot square. Or roboking in Korea. Same item just called differently in different regions.

Hey, new to the whole robot vacuum cleaning scene. I wanna get the lg roboking but I do not which model to get. in qoo10 there are like at least 5 models. Any recommendation? I do not have pets or carpets, but there should be no compromise for performance.

Hi... any recommendation on the extra parts to order? Or should just by the base unit and get replaceable parts when you need them?

How often do you need to replace? for once a day usage...

Dont need to order any extra parts. Roboking in general is quite hardy. In the event that u do need any replacement parts, they can be purchased from LG Singapore.

Do we need to pay GST on LG6370?
Anyone did pay GST?

during checkout at Qoo10, there is a warning saying GST might be applicable.

Got the VR6270LVMB and so far so good. Picks up quite a bit of dust. Just watch the ledges in your house if any. It tried climbing over the ledge outside my bathroom and got stuck there.

It helps to clean the bulk of the house. I just use manual vacuum for certain areas which the bot cant reach e.g. behind subwoofer and the corner where i place the high back chair with castors.

Mine is 3 room so its quite fast. So far it has returned to the docks except once. When the mop cloth is attached it cant go over obstacles so it doesnt even try breaching ledges. Once i removed the cloth to clean and let it go without the attachment. It tried climbing over the ledge outside my bathroom and got stuck. Lol

not sure if anyone can help. my hombot square gone crazy. it now comes out for about 1 meter from the base station, then says cleaning completed and returns back to the base station. I've tried cleaning the sensors but still the same. is there a way to reset it?
