Yah, no local warranty since import from Korea; but you are just paying half the price of a local set.

The VR6370VLM all manual and controls are in Korean; however the voice guidance can be changed to Chinese/English/Japanese/Korean.

at $599 - i am indecisive to go with local or non-local due to warranty.

though i would say - so far none of my vacuum gives me any issues in a year's grace.

I've ask the seller for English manual and they send me a PDF file via email.

I was so happy when the loboking managed to clean the house successfully without hiccups, but always get stuck on the standing fan bases thereafter. false illusion sigh. Will try to place obstacle.

Maybe get some fishtank black foam, doubleside-tape a wall of it onto the top of the fan stand?
Lemme know if this works, so I can try it too after I order my Roboking :D

There's a link. You need to do some work by searching back previous post in this thread.

Is it normal for the rk to go from full to empty without cleaning the whole house on the first run? Didnt even reach the masterbed room.

Hello everyone,

I came to this forum hoping that anyone has the Japanese SNDDATA files, or maybe the full set of languages from a Korean multilanguage model (that I believe would include Japanese). I would love to have my Hom-Bot speak Japanese, but I was unable to find the sound files on the web, and I also cannot find any Hom-Bots on display in Japan so I could dump the SNDDATA files.

Thank you so much in advance
Freddy

Mine got mood swing. It will always go into my master bedroom but sometimes clean whole room, sometimes just cleans half. :s8:

Have tried dusting and wiping the camera lenses. Have tried moving the power based and moving it back to force the system to re-learn. Still the same. Give up liao.

On another note has anyone here been down to Alexandra to buy spare parts from LG for the Roboking?

Has been using the roboking vr6262 from autovacstore since March 2013. I would say it is quite good and cleaning is very systematic. It is also very silent while cleaning and I can still watch tv without the bot disturbing me. I use the bot for cleaning twice a week and it has not broke down. I am trying to see how i can update the firmware to English so decided to post a review of the bot.

The only problem That I face is that it gets stuck below my portable piano and ironing board legs as they are X pattern. The other issue is it climbs up my floorstanding fan and I have to put 2 boxes around the fan to prevent the bot from going over. Other than that, it cleans really well and I only need to clear the bin and the bottom brush once a month.

Same issue with my Homebot. Its supposed to be smart enough to avoid obstacles but it keeps banging into my shoe cabinet. Its also supposed to be smart enough to avoid steps but it tried mounting the curb outside my kitchen toilet and got stuck. It also "drove" off the step outside my master bedroom toilet and crashed into the toilet and got stuck there.

There was once I forgot to keep the foot mat outside the toilet and it tried to suck it up and promptly got tangled. :s8: I guess its not really that smart after all.
