Installed the new update, phone seems less laggy, last time after a reboot the phone will lag quite badly

Think its just updates for December. Just updated, no idea what's new yet. Does feel less laggy but its probably just the mind psycho-ing me.

you might wanna check which app is draining batt and making the phone warm. I encountered few times batt drain in very fast and phone very warm and found out it was Google play services that is causing the problem. Force stop and restart seems to resolve it.

I have heating issues when on the browser after few minutes. It would seem after using the latest after one day the heat is better managed.

I got it last time when I use the manual selection of the network operator. Because the signal was weak, it showed up. Need to set as Automatic selection.

Was this the case for u also?

Imac Problem detecting and writing to 256 SD Card

I use a 256 GB Sandisk SD Card in my V20. My Mac mini h as problem detecting it, after I reformatted it in my V20. Using Disk Utility to detect it but when copying to it the Copy Process stopped several times. I am copying 114 GB of ALAC files into the Micro SD Card.Anyone facing the same problem?? Any solution??

The V20 is supposed to be able to address 2 Terabytes SD Cards , for gods sake!!

It's an issue with Mac OSX and file formats.
Your SD card is probably formatted to vFAT or exFAT.

I had the same problem with Mac OSX on a MacBook Air and my LGV10 w a 64GB card. Files were not copying across properly.

Solution:
www.android.com/filetransfer

Install the app on OSX, then it will recognise the phone and card properly.

Hope that helps.

Tip: for Audio, move away from ALAC to FLAC instead. It's far more compatible and better quality than ALAC.

From previous experiences, seems that way too hence some other android phones have bigger battery. The previous Note 4 I was using though was initially bad on battery life after the upgrade to Marshmallow but they released a 2nd firmware update and out of a sudden, the phone could last the whole working day at standard Whatapps/browsing/camera usage. Which makes me think that the manufacturers have a big part to play on the battery guzzling issue. They could fix it if they wanted to.

Me. Seems like a common problem.

Another problem is it doesn't switch to the strongest WiFi signal. I have 3 routers in my house and the middle one always not utilised cuz the V20 would have connected to the first router and won't switch to the stronger signal even when I walk to the middle of my house. It only changes to another WiFi signal when I walk to the end of my house and is out of the range of the first router.

Same here. I always forgot to check whether it is connected to wifi before watching youtube. Weird issue..

same issue as u. it doesn't always switch to the right access point.

seems it is an Android 7.0 issue

Did you set to connect automatically? There is an option at settings.
