Buy n use.No pt to keep. Or buy 2yrs later provided LG still hv stocks. FYI, I bought pro2 battery from LG just 2mths ago. Sold the phone recently.

Wokay. So the LG interface is quite a new experience compared to my familiarity with Samsung. I've got 3 issues/queries now, not sure if anyone can advise me further?


  • How do I add an extra home screen beyond the default 2? Holding down on the home screen brings up the multi-viewer but there doesn't seem to be any option to add, nor does dragging an app to the edge of the rightmost one work.
  • Is there a way to tweak the second screen NOT to preview text messages and such?
  • I link the V20 to my car's audio system with Bluetooth and playback from Spotify. My headunit's controls worked perfectly fine with my old Note 7, but not with the V20. It's already paired/saved. Is there a workaround for this?

Oh, and lastly, I don't know if it's just me, but:


  • The battery seems to drain pretty quickly compared to my Samsung Notes.
  • The lower volume button seems to have a slight delay in response VS the upper one. Tested the display set and had the same result.

Go to settings/home screen/select home install home and app drawer. Then activate it as default. Then pinch to minimise at home screen for the first issue

Already managed to get app drawer, but just couldn't figure out how to add a screen. Your method is brilliant, thank you :)

Answers:
1. Add extra screen by pressing/holding empty space on the main home screen to add widgets/wallpapers and continue to hold or pinch in the home screen.

2. Go to settings>sound & notifications>lockscreen>hide sensitive only, will notify you of incoming ams, etc but will not show the contents.

3. Some BT headset/system uses older version so might have compatibility issues. Not quite sure. Maybe try uninstall/unpair and try again. Hope this helps.

4. Yes, battery seems to be draining faster. Common for LG but let it go a few cycle. Sometimes need to burn in a few cycle before giving actual results. So far, it is doing ok for mine with light usage. Almost 19hrs with some browsing and gaming.

5. Did not notice that.

Okay, after using the Vrs carbon case for a full day, love it!

Except one issue that really bugs me.. The volume control now becomes very sensitive. They adjusts easily loud or soft even when the hands/fingers gently brushed it accidentally..

So sometimes playing games or listening to Spotify, volume sometimes become really loud or soft depends where the hands touch.

Does anyone else experience similar issue too? :)

Guys, i have this problem. My notification bar has the HI-FI symbol displays even i did not plug in my earphones. If i plug in earphone the Google assistance will activate. Do u guys hav this issue? Or someone can help me.
