when are they going to be available?

I am looking at

1 unit 55 or 60 " LG LM6500 or higher end model for living room

2 unit of LG 32" (not sure which model)

1 unit of LG 47" (not sure which model)

All 4 units would be hooked up with Roku2

Depend on personal preference :)

If you want value for $$ go for LW6500,
If you want new stuff , new function , improved operation system etc..... Go for new model but price will higher :)

I'll prefer new model because old model no enough USB port , slow web browser and new model design looks better .

to share what i know on 47LW5700. it was available from May 2011.
$3099 : the suggested retail price.
~$2800 : the initial price when it was started selling at major shops.
~$2300-2350 : the price after voucher at pc show Jun 2011.
~$2150-2200 : the price after voucher n hsbc's cash rebate at pc show jun 2011.
~$1700-1800 : the price now as out-going model.

my view is that dun buy a new model TOO late coz by then it will become an old model soon n the heart may not feel good when the newer model finally released (in 1 month, eg.). this view applies to gadgets n car.
i bot mine in 2011 Jun's pc show, it maybe $500 cheaper now. but i hv used n ENJOYED it for nearly one year already. :D
