today hooted 42"LM6410 BD J8 for $950 no delivery charge, also bought a samsung fridge & washing m/c.

what's your warranty for the TV?

Went to Courts to take a look at LG TVs.

Interested in 47LM6410, and was offered $1599. Free gifts only 3D Glasses. No magic remote for this model.

Salesman recommend 47LM6700. The design was better than the 6410. Price : $1899. Free gifts : 3D Blu ray player, magic remote, 3D glasses, Skype camera.

Saw on the pricelist that a bro bought it at Courts for only $1688. Will look around and may go back to Courts to ask for same price.

Overall, feel that LG TVs offer the best value for money.

Goto hougang Harvy sure can get free hdmi cable for 55" lm7600. Pay $28 to get a LG boombox (bluetooth and batter powered, purchase with purchase) But I didn't get the LG mini theather system though.

Yup both 6410 and 6700 were bought at lower price by others.... which courts did you go to, maybe gotta wait for sat/sun for promo?

Just note the free gifts are standard gift from LG for month of nov and dec, so dun be tempted by these "free gifts" when the sale person try to sell u the tv.

I hoot the display set at $2213. I think there's another display set 47" lm7600 at about 14xx but no blueray player. Road show till this thursday.

May be I going down to hoot a display set fridge as well.

BD has a offer for 47LM6690 @ $1899. Besides the usual LG gifts, BD also throw in a 3D camcorder (list price $399). Try to bargain at $1799, but unsuccessful.

Understand that 6690 are made in Korea. 6410 and 6700 are made in Indonesia.

HN is selling 47LM6410 @ $1499. Citibank has a promo where you pay by installment over 36 mths, and get 1 mth waiver. So net price should be $1457. So far, this is the cheapest I can find for 47LM6410.

Still undecided whether to get 47LM6700 @ $1688 (free 3D blu ray player + magic remote) or 47LM6410 @ $1457. Picture quality and features should be the same between these 2 sets. 6700 is aesthetically much better, though. Or maybe, even the 47LM7600.

My friend having M6700, picture quality is quite good in daylight also.:)

may be the new batches are made in Indonesia. Mine is Made in Korea (47LM6700 bought in Jul/Aug)
