Well, like what c0ol have mention, its around the price of the aero gate.....
I think it should not be a problem getting more than 5 person.....
Aiyah, but you know this one can't control fan speed, so this thing really just a cosmetic upgrade. :D

Well, as long as you don't mind paying for it (since I must admit it's really more chio on a Lian-li than the aerogate, anyday). I have plans for MO, but no exact date yet. Don't know if I should wait for the local distros to bring it in...

Tell you guys what, here's the basic plan: if you can commit, leave your name and contact with me, then once I get enough people, I'll place the order. If the order doesn't go through (because no stock, frozen order, or whatever reason), I'll let you all know and the whole thing is off. Otherwise we wait for the shipment (2 - 4 weeks), and one sunny Saturday afternoon I'll pass it out. :)

You post up the sum before, is it accurate? Maybe you work out the sum and post it up. More bros will be more interested then.

About the fan over PCI slots... In one of my previous case I had that idea too. You can buy 2 small L-joints from your neighbourhood hardware store, and some bolts + nuts (plus cardboard washers so you don't scratch the casing) to secure it to your case, and voila you have a fan bracket. Okay I know NPNT but I no longer have to do the stunt because I bought the Zalman FB... :D

If any of you are interested I have the Zalman CNPS6500-Cu put up for sale in this forum. It has the same fan bracket in the package, so you can install fans easily over the AGP / PCI cards. But sorry, selling the HSF package as a whole only. :o

My trick dun need to buy other parts, just tie one side of the fan to the holes and thats it :D

...of cos i trust their tieing skills....unless one tell me he dun know how to tie.....haha :s34:

Cheap trick to cool the card :D

$$$$ hard to earn, why waste $$$$ on a blower to cool your card? :D

ragnarok95, it's earlier on this thread what... The price will depend on the number of orders, but at best still around $60. Plus I don't know the size of the packing, which can really affect the cost of VPOST. If I'm not careful I will loogi on the shipment....

I think it's better to get orders first, then before I make the payment I'll let you all know the price. I may buy some other things for myself on the same invoice also, so it's going to be hard to split the costs clearly. To make it straightforward, my approach will be to set a fixed price per unit, and then if you're okay with the price you confirm your order, if not can back out no problem. Then I'll go ahead and pay for it, and wait anxiously. :D

Okay, for the record, what I'll be ordering is the TR-3A (silver) or TR-3B (black), you can see it on the official website:
http://www.lian-li.com/Product/Accessories/Other.htm

I haven't decided which online store to order from, so feel free to suggest if you know a particular vendor which accepts orders from sg, has a proven track record of delivering to the VPOST mailbox, and gives a discount. :)

Tentatively the fixed price (see my explanation a few posts before this) is S$60 if we can get 5 orders. I don't intend to order more than that, as I will then have to insure the shipping to avoid a huge loss.

I will confirm the price again just before I pay the vendor, and you can all decide if you want to continue with your order. If anything doesn't work out after that, I'll keep you all updated and we can discuss again.

BTW, don't PM me about this yet, just post your name here, and I'll ask for all your contacts just before paying the vendor.

Hiya everyone, back after a short break - cable modem couldn't power up after a power outage. Sigh.

Yeah the stuff from frozencpu look neat, but then they are modded by the store, not original Lian Li accessories... Ever thought about DIY? Aluminium is pretty easy to drill and cut. :)

So how, any news from potterhouse yet? I guess people won't want to commit to the MO considering the (high) costs. No problem, I don't think I really want to get one for myself now - saving money for a V-series, heh heh.

ragnarok95, unless the casing is at a rock-bottom price, it will almost certainly be more expensive by MO. Problem is VPOST charges by volume also, and you know the size of the casing (or rather, the box for the casing). My PC-3070 casing if shipped by VPOST (I used the online calculator for estimated charges to check) would have cost me nearly S$100 on shipping alone. Ouch. :o

The PC-6070 looks familiar... Think I've seen (something like) it somewhere in SLS. Why don't you check with the usual big shops, plus maybe Storage Studio (they have high-end stuff) and Prolink (good for Q&A). Hope this helps.
