Court is adjourned till Feb 17, 2025, when Deputy Principal District Judge Luke Tan is expected to hand down the verdict in the case against Leader of the Opposition Pritam Singh.

The prosecution and defence have till Jan 13, 2025, to file their closing submissions.

Exactly. Those chao IBs simply cannot answer this aspect and especially the AIM issue where AHTC was essentially blindsided by the departing PAP town council where the AIM company terminated the contract of TC management software with the new AHTC.

Plus they keep harping on how FMSS was so much more "expensive" - but did the IBs consider the fact that they need to hire staff on very short notice and anyone in the corporate world know the only way to get good staff in such situation is to dangle very big carrots and even having to pay off their notice period

Last but not least, the newly set up management company won't have any economies of scale and everything they have to buy new vs the large established ones who were already servicing several other GRCs

Appeal is no use because the guilty verdict at the first trial will hang over him during the hustings for the next GE, cos the appeal will take place probably until after the next GE.
