what should I do. but was there proof to show P messages her to do stuff they not suppose to do? If not, then no evidences how to trap P. All along this case should not have escalate to court since there was never proof that P told RK to do something they not suppose to do.

it was based on RS words against P words which under court should be unsubstantiated in the abscene of evidence. if they really managed to turn white to black and fault P then our court is really kangaroo ****.
Only evidence was her message to the PAs?? Which was sent in 2 seconds.

Ironically, the only one who doesn't need a career is the one who started this whole mess.

That’s why it’s very normal for people with a rich family to have woke ideas. You can say they are turd stirrers that will affect everyone but themselves.

Not totally disbelieving her, but zealots like to make up stories to give themselves street cred and virtue signal.

For example why can't she just say the police story was tiagong from a support group? Instead must emphasize that she accompanied the victim?

It's just to virtue signal

But the woke crowd like to make everything about themselves to gain social capital.

‘I don’t see a contradiction, let alone a material contradiction’: Judge Tan

Deputy Principal District Judge Luke Tan reads the agreed statement of facts (SOF), and tells the counsels that he tends to agree with the prosecution that Ms Raeesah Khan’s response to the question on why she did not tell the truth could not be read in isolation as there is a lead-up to it.

He says he does not think there is a dispute that a discussion was made on Oct 3, as the SOF states Pritam Singh had visited Ms Khan at her home.

He adds that it seems Ms Khan was confronted specifically by Law and Home Affairs Minister K. Shanmugam and that prompted her to send the message to Singh.

Judge Tan notes that it could be argued that Ms Khan’s response is consistent with what she said Singh had told her earlier.

“I do not see a contradiction, let alone a material contradiction,” he says.

So looks like the judge will not be impeaching her, as expected. :s22:

So no impeaching and continue to believe her? Jialat...this case will most likely drag up to the high courts where the High Courts will lecture the lower courts again?
