I know this is easier said than done. But I did the following to keep my mind clear...
1. Do part time, like valet, packer, dishwasher (After office hour) I especially like valet because i get to drive and give myself a peace of mind while driving haha.
2. exercise regularly, take a stroll walk whenever i had many things going on in my mind
3. Talk to your loved one, or even your closest friends about it. They will always be there to support you.
4. Just put it this way, what can they use your IC to do to you? if they post it in public, then what will you receive? emotional damage? faced thrown? Embarrassment? All these, once you faced it, they are actually nothing. As long as they didnt really hurt you physically or even making you lose your jobs then there should be nothing for you to think about.
If you are someone who is a heavy thinker or tend to bottle everything inside, you should find a way to vent it out, Let all this emotion out, dont keep it deep inside of you.
Dont underestimate the power of the human mind, we can really do all sort of things to overcome it as long as you had the will and put the effort in it.
So don't let all these emotions get over you
