Anybody knows where (or how) to RMA Logitech items bought through Lazada? Me keyboard has one ultrasensitive switch which actuates just by resting a finger over the key without needing to depress it.

If this were a cheap $20 or $30 keyboard I won't bother, but this Logitech keyboard set me back more than $130 so I want to get my money's worth.

No such sticker or card in my box.

If it were there I won't even have started this topic...

I thought got some Logitech stock is Ban Leong one?
Most are from Kaira I think. There's a thread I remember, where someone mentioned can RMA both place I think. Provided my memory don't fail me as I very lazy to search for the thread lol

Send a ticket to Kaira first. See if they acknowledge and confirm whether it's their stock or not :)

Yup there was one on his Logitech speaker and I think iirc was Kiara that did the warranty exchange.

Last time my box also no sticker, just call up ban leong and ask, they ask me go down for rma.

You can just email or call either and verify with them.

Well the answer is here.

But the standard procedure is open a logitech ticket, they will give you an RMA number for the distro if its like challenger, rma at challenger. You'll only know where to RMA by contacting the seller, just prepare your 'ready' ticket in advance to reduce turnaround time.

Go back to the same shop and ask them. What everyone has mentioned is right. Logitech does not have their own main base here. All up to individual shop/seller. Like for my case, my logitech keyboard G910 warranty claimed from Challenger. Just remember get your receipt and case number. For your shop, need to follow their instructions and where they received their stock from or they can do the exchange for u.

Have to clarify with shop when buying, though sometimes the ginna/intern anyhow bomb one. Best if shop also prints the distro on the receipt (like Best Bargain).

This Logitech distro mess is just like Sandick products. Sandick got Kaira stock, got Vector Magnetic stock, got PI stock, got counterfeit stock.

Logitech's support page is completely useless. The 'File a Warranty Claim' option always ends up in a 'Opps We can't find this page' error.

Don't bother, I filed not even a single reply.

Call the local distro, you get your answer faster.

i went for RMA today, and my god this is the worst experience i ever had for a RMA

they offered a G512 for my G910 which has macro keys.

it is like u bought a bmw 5 series. and if it breaks, they will give u a 3 series instead.
