id opt for their 7600 + 4070 build for $200 more, u get current gen am5 and ddr5 for a small premium which will go a long way in ensuring the longevity of the system (remember that the zen3 debuted almost 3 years ago by now). regardless of which way u go, suggest u contact them and replace the psu and cpu cooler to better ones like the asus rog strix 750w and id cooling se224xts/thermalright peerless assassin 120 respectively.

oh i thought it was $1720 but this is cheaper, which is a welcome surprise. looks like the only difference between this and the $1720 build is the case, so if u were already ok with the original 5700x build with the cmp320 this build is a better choice and imo well worth the premium.

The default PSU and CPU cooler not good enough ah?

the et750 is a very basic psu and u should generally not skimp on psu if u can help it, which is certainly the case at this price tier; according to dynacore (which is invaderpc sister coy) price list the rog strix one i recommended is a $60 top up but u get a much higher quality psu with more than 3x the warranty length, and should serve u better for longer. the cpu cooler is decent and certainly adequate for the 7600 but is a very outdated model that is trumped by newer cheaper coolers like the se224xts.

Is this system build for gaming? If yes I would suggest x3d cpu instead be it zen 3 or zen 4 your choice.

4070 performance is close to 3080 and I can play lots of title with good fps @1440p (DLSS if needed) without the need to upgrade in another 3 to 5 years.

Upon time later due for upgrade most of the current zen 4 hardware would drop in prices.

nope worse. the as build is $5 more but u get a worse mobo and psu, nothing is significantly better than the invaderpc build and u lose the ability to upgrade anything. id stick to invaderpc for this one, especially since u get actual distro warranty which matters for parts with longer than 3y (eg ram, ssd, psu).

May I know normally you reference to which performance benchmark? I can share mine data if I have similar games for reference too from local system and room temp 29c-31c performance perspective include the HWinfo data.

Its the most logical choice
Because only it and Seasonic Vertex have 10yrs warranty, both corsairs and MSI only have 7 years
Other than the MSI, you are paying extra for Seasonic and Corsair for the ATX3.0, which your RTX 4070 doesnt need

In addition ask them to change the cpu cooler to either Thermalright PA120 SE/non-SE or PS120 SE

Same for the ram as well, ask them to topup to 32gb

These 3 parts, psu/cooler/ram, you can bring over to your next rig as well, if you upgrading every 2-4years, so its worth it to topup to get quality ones now

Regardless, go with the Invader one. More well-rounded with higher quality parts. Switch out the cooler and PSU if you prefer. Upgrade the RAM to 32GB.

16gb is generally enough, but as games become more demanding there are already games that benefit from more ram. ddr5 32gb kits are very affordable now, its just a small $30 top up (check with invaderpc see if can change to gskill flare x5 5600c36 kit for this price delta over the default kingston kit) to ensure that u wont have to worry about ram usage for the lifetime of the pc. another thing i noted is that if u have 32gb, windows doesnt need to do paging.

I was focused on aftershock as they were better known, was only recently was made aware of InvaderPC via this forum, and very pleasantly surprised to see they provide better value than aftershock.

All along, I had the impression that aftershock ready to ship PCs were unbeatable in value.
