is this any worth?

- Intel i5 7500 quad core @ 3.40GHz
- Coolermaster TX3
- ASRock H110M-G/M.2 DDR4
- 16GB 2400MHz (2x8) DDR4
- 120GB WD Green m.2 SSD
Borderline obsolete but definitely worth the asking price.

If you have a tight budget, upgrade really depend what game you are playing.
There are still some people using similar specs for gaming so wonder what graphic card are you
using?

The weak parts of this PC is the motherboard but unlikely to find a better one in current time.
The SSD is definitely also weak if upgrade to a faster SSD like Samsung 2.5"
will definitely improve the speed of the system.

dynacore has 5600 + b550m pro vdh wifi for 476.

if dont care abt nvidia features like dlss or rt, media mart (lesser known sls shop) has 2 rx 6600 models below 450 on lazada, shopee and carou, about 5% slower than 3060 but way cheaper.
the thing with amd cards is the the youtube 2k-4k support is s**t

the i5 is it ok to go with a 660mb? seems 690mb is madly priced

You have see which model usually z690 are very pricey.
The MSI Z690 Pro is decent price, the alternative will be MSI B660M Tomahawk WIFI D4
but the price is very close.

I can't think of any mobo that is cheap to recommend as Hardwareunboxed a review site
mention MSI Intel 12th mobo are decent so can recommend.

i tested my self first with gtx 460 560 and 750ti vs amd 570 580
i could play well for 2-4k on youtube with my gtx but once i changed to amd it all went to s**t

Youtube video lag? Could be Windows or browser issue than graphic card.
I still have a GTX 560 Ti running Windows 7 no issue with Youtube playback.
AMD cards wise I can't comment as AMD driver are terrible so if you are still
using such cards.

Have to do a clean DDU than install the latest AMD driver, take note during driver
update PC recommend to disconnect from internet. So it will prevent Windows
from installing the missing driver during driver installation.

My last AMD driver was on HD6970 and i don't remember it to be cui. Actually, i didn't hear much complaints from user using AMD drivers now. I'm guessing you didn't uninstall your nvidia driver properly. Anyway, the RX6600 is worth a look too.

no problems with my 580 here, even on 4k video playback. anyway, amd has come a long way since polaris.
