the thing with amd cards is the the youtube 2k-4k support is s**t

running r9 290 with i5 2500k no issue with youtube in 2k and 4k.

also running 6800xt with i7 12700k in another system no issue too.

maybe ur driver is outdated?

my drivers for now is not the latest but just 2 drivers back... so not really outdated.
i also turn on my cpu task bar to check, it was like 60-80% usage

Spend a bit more get a better motherboard cuz not all motherboard can
perform properly with Intel i5 12th especially cheap motherboards.
Gigabyte boards usually avoid anything below Aurous lineup.

C710 is a Gen3 NVMe. You can consider Crucial P2 1TB NVMe at S$128.
Memory is okie but i will replace the Gigabyte board with a MSI one, like 12400F + MSI PRO B660M Wifi at S$470

Parts like motherboard best get locally if down the road any issue RMA/Repair can be troublesome.
I won't advice getting cheap motherboard especially for Intel 12th gen as it will affect power delivery
so if in the future if you want to upgrade.

Some processor will throttle meaning it can't reach it's full frequency.
If you looking for budget combo can consider:

crap so this newer hwz dont show rig on the side anymore..
my old rig is like i5 3470 16gbram stata 3 ssd + hdd and rx 570

That msi pro mb is the best budget mb in terms of vrm, more than enough for your 12400f.
