I would like to run at gym but my flat food gets in the way too much so i believe HIIT is better for me but definately will try running if HIIT doesnt work well for me

ever tried running by landing on your forefoot? (upper foot) that should eliminate the flatfoot issue. takes a couple of weeks to settle into that stride tho

But i always have a cup of oatmeal for breakfast so i guess i just have half a bowl of rice for dinner or lunch ? And go full 3 meat and 1 veg for either lunch or dinnet

I will try but its quite hard to see how much calories im taking in due to eating out
And im also unsure how much of oil all those the shops used so its hard to tell

yes just 1 cup of oatmeal in morning is good enough. add meats too, maybe 3 eggs and any meats you usually eat. but i think get no. of carb from iifym calculator is better. i think your carb intake is around 200g?

3 meats, 1 veg and almonds for lunch and dinner.

yes i agree hard to tell how many calories outside. you just can go 3 meats 1 veg and almonds for lunch and dinner.

my stomach last time very big now very small.

lost 8kg in eight weeks.

one kg per week.

my leg gain muscule.

i mean 4kg of fat loss and 4kg of muscle loss. miscalculated.

since they recommend 1-2 pound per week for fat loss without losing muscle, so i'm not sure if your weight loss include muscle loss.

Have already read that before i post this . But sill have somr queries like what if i dont hitt he gyn i know i can do the HIIT . But for food wise its quite difficult due to me nor my parents as we dont cook and usually eat out

L2cook?

Wah 4-5 meals really hard to hit that amount. At most 2 meals or meat in already very full though

It that is true, you won't be overweight atm right?

maybe i guess need more studies to compare (assuming 70kg person needs 350g carb to gain weight)

1) eat/drink 350g of simple carb (white rice, coke, chocolates, ice cream, etc everyday)
2) eat 350g of complex carb (oatmeal, brown rice, etc everyday)

white rice is a complex carb
ice cream.. is not a carb..

carbs in the form of sugar?

lol @ this thread

TS you sure you even read the stickied thread?

yea, but ice cream contains fats, protein and carbs. same goes for chocolate.
how can it be classified as a simple carb?

i think you missed point.

jokerk ask about simple carb vs complex carb. so i put all foods that have main and large simple and complex carbs.

what you say is like brown rice has carb, protein and fat and it is not classified as complex carb.
