hi im back again . Dk why last time i said after my HIIT got leg pain so i rested for a week . Start with a slow jog warmup . After warmup went for a middle pace jog but after like 400m + into the jog my leg muscle flet tight . Than the back of my shin also felt like abit wobbly . Any advise . And something i notice i always tend to bend more to my left when jogging / running and maybe thats what causing my left shin to hurt
you just started running? or always run since long time ago?
i had problem with shin pain after running because I didn't run for so long time. My friend says it's common problem and need to run for 4-6 months and problem will be gone. That's why i use gym for fat loss.
