Both.

If want to have overall lower calories in than out is easier to lower the in by eating less than to increase the out.

Exercise to burn more calories is more difficult.

You go see how many calories in a can of coca cola. And must run how many km to burn the same.

I guess it is different for different people. But usually the overweight or obese have no stamina and not conditioned that's why hard for them to exercise.
Are you talking about effectiveness?

Cause is it easier to eat less or exercise more, it’s very personal thing.

some is like totally cannot eat less cause they constantly feel hungry. But they are ok to put in the effort to exercise.

or the other way around.

this one easy or not is very personal.

but if you are saying eating less is more effective than exercise, yes this can be more objective.

Instead of just blindly aim to lose weight, focus on reducing bodyfat %

to put it bluntly, its easy to "Lose weight". just cut off a leg. but would you do it? Of course not.

Focus on reducing fat%. Build muscles. I see the first few pages of meal intakes, too low protein for a decent human being. Yes you may "lose weight" by doing fasting and cut carbs. but the weight you lose probably is muscle loss and it will eventually lead to a plateau

Folks in this thread don't even want to do simple cardio to loose weight so you are wasting time preaching about building muscle mass.

This part the people here don't understand one. To them 1 month lose 9kg is super bragging rights liao, not realizing chao chao 5kg of that weight is possibly muscle mass.

Yes very good to state those on medications - cant advice.

Needs to train the body to learn to switch from burning glucose as fuel to fats.

Need to overcome that hurdle before the "switch kick in",

took me about 3 days consistently above 16 hours before the "fainting / weakness" or hunger pangs goes away.

Wed, badminton

friday, spinning.

diet wise,

drink low fat milk at night.

weekend, eating normal with family..

Goal is to reach back to 65kg, so i got nearly 20kg to lose

intend to try Fat Freeze and 40k Cavitation, anyone done this before?
