Like other social issues too. Just go catch n fine ppl can alr. Sure fix d issues.

But just paste notice or give warnings. Which ppl dun care or fear.

Many old men seen to be carrying rolled up newspapers walking around their neighbourhoods.

The newspapers could conceal knives.

Parents seems to have better control over their noisy kids.

One parent was heard telling his kid to shut up to save his mother's life.

Why so many siao lang leh?

Many think that they are invincible and that they can bully old people into submission or mediation.

After the Yishun case, they are now wary of old men carrying rolled-up newspapers.

Why these things happen is because we do not have an LKY, Goh KS and Jayaratnam anymore. If they were still alive, all it takes is LKY or any of the other 2 looking and staring with their killer eyes at those officials, MPs and Gov agency asking why they are not doing anything about it. You can bet 100% they bugger's flat will be repossess in an instant.

When LKY decides to ban Chewing gun no Govt officials dares to question him, however if it was now there will endless debate in parliament over the banning of chewing gum, see the difference? All it takes is for a strong man to say, go and repossess that bugger's flat if he or she does not stop the noise nonsense problem solved.

My house next to shopping every night 3-4am, I got woken up heavy vehicles engine noises and banging noises from unloading whatever crap.
