Lousy Computer Power Supply to avoid - OCZ!

first time PSU spoil together with Mobo, second time spoil together with graphic card. 3rd time lucky my Mobo & graphic warranty all expire liao ...and this time only PSU spoil.

My PC directly plug into the wall socket, and my house is new house, last year just moved in, condition should be quite ok. Whether got surge or not, I am not sure. I assume Singapore power supply is relatively clean.
