Going by 30witness, miw went there to tell residents not to tok with psp. Dude oso in civvie. So i oso dunno wat outreach they are doing. Oso im looking for the violent acts lyl said....

btw, looking at it,
1) psp girl was making a report on these 2 jokers going near her to take vid. that one got vid
2) joker 1 alleged psp girl went to close to him. this one seem to be after the psp girl's incident report? retaliation? in SG guy cannot approach girl but girl molest guy dun exist.....at least never read about it....
3) the slap??? this is from lyl.

a) One of our PAP volunteers, whom I will call Male Volunteer 1, was getting out of the lift to join his team. He was held back by PSP member. That PSP member was joined by another two male PSP members who stepped into the lift. One of them then went on to intimidate Male Volunteer 1 and slapped his face twice - once in the lift and another time in the corridor. And all this while, my Male Volunteer 1 was also being insulted with the use of derogatory terms.

b)Male Volunteer 2 used his phone to record the PSP member’s actions and insults.
That same afternoon, Male Volunteer 2 was confronted by another two male PSP members. One of the PSP members reached out for Male Volunteer 2 and forcibly pulled him by his shirt to forcibly take a wefie and video with him."

this is vid 2. he arrowed a slap there. however lyl oni mention slap in (a). so the slap there is slap or not i oso dunno.....
