Signed up for 5G booster. Only time outdoors was driving east to west and vice versa. Only saw 5G pop out for a very brief moment somewhere along KPE-PIE exit. At least I know my 5G is working

I think you better give up on M1 claims on 5G. Can't even smell it in town. 4G doesn't even work in shopping malls in the west lol

I walked few fxxking rounds at the Paya Lebar Square, PLQ, Singpost centre and MRT. Not a single bar of 5G on my OnePlus 8T..

Give M1 the benefit of doubt that my OnePlus 8T's 5G is not officially supported yet in its 5G system.

That goes my $5 ...LOL!

As long as M1 5G can load things while M1 4G cannot (At same location). Got advantage liao for now.

Currently still 5G NSA which sort of uses 4G backbone. Unless M1 start deploying the 3.5GHz spectrum or 5G SA

Unfortunately for most use cases I felt that M1 5G doesn’t feel faster than M1 4G. Cancelled the 5G VAS within the 1st month. The 4G experience is also slowly degrading (2-3 signal bar but things not loading, unable to hear calls after picking up). Decided to break contract (6 months left) and port back to Singtel sim only CIS plan. It was quite an unpleasant 6 months being on M1, paying for subscription but not getting adequate service.

Indoors. I used to be on ST and nex indoors no issues at all. M1 sometimes load load load then time out. pek chek.
