mine as well.. supposed to renew and charge my card on 26 nov.. but the card in my maxx account is a revolut disposable virtual card which i had already froze and terminated.

now my maxx app shows my next renewal as 26 december

maybe limited access tho the plan name never changed or utilization

Porting out as well to try CUniq.

Physical SIM delivery from CUniq is supposed to be on 2-Dec-2025. Then porting may take three days. So just nice before Maxx expire date of 6-Dec-2025. Hopefully the porting process is okay.

The objective is to compare the Roaming Perforance for my upcoming short trip to China (Fujian Province)

1) Eight S$8 4G plan -- China Mobile, 2GB roaming data for China, free voice roaming; may keep or long term
2) SIMBA S$12 "5G" plan -- China Telecom, 24GB roaming data for China, free voice roaming
3) Cuniq S$9.9 4G plan -- China Unicom, 20GB roaming data for China

Based on my own testing, M1 Maxx S$10 plan is actually quite a bit better than Eight S$8 plan and SIMBA S$12 plan for local usage.

I can still carry out testing on M1 network now that I get an M1 Prepaid S$15 card with 150GB (5G) for the first month. The SIM Card will be valid for 180 days so I can add data when I feel the need to carry out test for M1 network.

My Maxx base plan just got renewed again for the 3rd month. It's has long past the "60-days"

to confirm, in the app, what plan does it say you are on? if on base plan, it will say, "you have no active subscription"
the basic entitlements should show 10min,, 50sms and 0.2GB data available.

Very weird without making payment. It means M1 is not paying too much attention to its book-keeping in view that they may have info that the taking-over will be approved.

On the contrary, Maxx has much less pattern compared to some. In fact, by reinstating free Base Plan is the best plan so far. The crown for pattern has to go to CL instead.

I have started the process of porting out from Maxx to CUniq. Let's see how the process goes. Looks like there are problems porting out from Maxx due to the port-out quota from Maxx.

On the other hand, I just signed up a CL line this morning, three months free 5G 500GB trial, S$12 per month after three months, after receiving a tip from a kind forum member yesterday.

I activated my zero 1 sim on Wednesday and today is Saturday . I am still stuck on m1 Maxx and zero1 said the donor telco has quota , hence the delay

thankfully this is my secondary line which I use for my yoga and ballet lessons . Imagine if this is main line. I will be out of actions for days if M1 Max to zero 1 porting has a long gap

You are eligible to port out under Base Plan, as long as Maxx port-out quota is still not met, else just wait a little longer for the quota to be available again.
