If M1 has been good for you, i suggest just to stay.My contract is due in nov. Wondering if I should jump to ST or stay with m1. Been with m1 for more than 20 years so thinking of trying ST since everyone say ST network much better

I am not using MVNO as main line as I can claim from company up to $120. Using Zym as my secondary line. I think signal slightly better than m1 so but since I am using 4G Zym so comparison might not be 100% fair. I just find that singtel switch to msia network much faster than starhub cos was previously using eight as secondary lineEvery telco has their blind spots.
If you are happy with m1 and are not facing noticeable issues, consider staying unless there is something very attractive on ST for you.
If m1 has been giving you problem on and off, then you might want to consider moving.
if you are looking at MVNO, it seems that vivifi can port in at a later date (to be confirmed), so could be a good choice to test first and port later.
Also note that MOST ST MVNO do not support VoWifi, so that is something to consider if you are using that.
A key advantage of ST is their band 28 which helps with coverage in harder to reach locations and more remote locations. M1/SH don't seems to have that so far.I am not using MVNO as main line as I can claim from company up to $120. Using Zym as my secondary line. Anyway m1 has been good for me except for some blindspots here n there especially at my carpark. I get only 1-2 bars at the carpark n it is not even underground. 2 things that attracts me to ST is the 50gb msia data n their stronger network. I compared the plans side by side n I get much cheaper mobile phones from m1
Actually I got free 5G now for 3 months, so the comparison is fair now against m1A key advantage of ST is their band 28 which helps with coverage in harder to reach locations and more remote locations. M1/SH don't seems to have that so far.
Using Zym 4G to compare with M1 5G SA might not be very useful, sort of comparing apple to orange.
However Zym 4G plans often has 5G NSA trial for quite some time, did you have a change to test that ?
Then that is a reasonable representation.Actually I got free 5G now for 3 months, so the comparison is fair now against m1
m1 CIS contract (Biz) seems like no free CID? I thought last week I still see got free CID 2 yearsM1 CIS sim only is 12 months. I am already on M1 5G since 1 yr back.
But not listed in the free addonsAll along only 12 months free CID.
But not for Bespoke SIM- only (Business)
Did you get the True 5G add-on for $2/mth after the free 6 months ended? For the last year. Or you "recontract" to refresh?Okie, my app finally reflected the change.
Bespoke SIM only business plan, 1024GB, S$15.95.
Free 5G for 6 months. Free CID for 12 months.
It's time for me to continue using M1 now.
