Yes but only if you visually see bulging capacitors.

Check your cables too... swap with known good cables

Just opened and checked one of the two caps looks bloated (right side )

To clarify my previous statement on cables, if you remove the cables and the buzzing stops, it's the cable. If you remove the cables and the buzzing still there, it's the speaker.

Yes that bulging capacitor can cause buzzing. Replace all 4 bigger ones.
