quick qn: windows have windows live messenger (WLM), and i'm sure OSX has its equivalents. but do the equivalent software support group conversations? anyone knows?
TIA![]()
theres the msn messenger for mac but it kinda sucks.
for me, the contacts i blocked/removed years ago, came back and 'added' me again, which was obviously not the case. I'll have to remove them one by one, but they are too many, so I just quit the msn for mac and got Adium.
Most people here are using adium, it does support group chat, but not at the moment any video calls or calls. Theres skype for that
Weird that you wanna do that, but theres an app called InsomniaX, which prevents your mac from going to sleep even though the lid is closed.how can i close my MBP lid and listening to music at the same time? need help. thanks =)
But be warned, the mac gets very very hot when used while its lid is closed.
