ok.. anyone mind telling me wads the refresh shortcut? in PC its F5. how bout in mac? shud i dl my snow leapard now? within the 7days xchangable day. if so unlucky, 6 or 7 got something wrong i go xchange will i get a new disc or i can reuse the disc? i noe ive been asking dis alot time. thanks in advance for tolerating my ignorance.

Time Capsule is a backup 'machine' that works with your Time Machine. Backing-up wirelessly. Time Capsule itself has a hard disk storage, currently available in 1TB or 2TB form. It should be easy to use, as with all Apple products, just follow the accompanied instruction

Sounds like your MBP's iPhoto Library points to the copy in your iMac. By right it shouldn't unless you have previously told it to do that.

To revert to its own library, press and hold the Option key and then click to launch iPhoto. You'll then be prompted to choose an existing library or create a new one. Choose the later and save the library in ~/Pictures

am thinking of getting myself a Mac, but wanan check does any of you guys using mac and have UOB kayhian trading acct, can do trading using Mac? and whether can Mac also use the charting software provided by kayhian, thx.

I am using MT4 as my trading platform. Running it on WinXP in Parallels in Coherence Mode.

No lag and really seamless feel. Just like another browser.

Am currently on snow leopard and surfing on safari (couple of tabs on) and thats all, but the istatsmenu 2.0 read 55 deg.. is this normal?

At times when im using itunes with ms office and surfing, it'll hit 70-80 deg...(insane?)... Should i head over to apple svc centre?

need advise from current iMac users. i am thinking of getting a May 2008 iMac. the 2.8GHz model but the seller claims that the set is on FSB 800MHz and L2 cache of 4MB which contradicts the specs sheet i found on Apple website under 'early 2008'. here's the link --> http://support.apple.com/kb/SP485

any advise on this will be greatly appreciated

hmm.. wad do i consider too hot for my mbp? im not doing much thing. with one safari on tts it. fan condition not air con. its 48deg. since notebook cooler is useless.

why not just ask seller to mail you screen grab of system profiler to settle it once and for all...

not good. turns out that the so-called mid-2008 model is in fact a refurbished 2007 model. what a let down. well, i will continue to search...
