I personally don't own this. But in my opinion, I think it may just fit a 15" too. It will just look longer.

HAHAHA. i use imac. so don't need this stand. can bring your 15" to ikea and try. looks nice and cheaper too.

Nope. 1080p, which is 1920 x 1080.
