If maid outside injured, amount anything not covered by insurance, employer should not have the responsibility. The maid should be sent back to her cty for her own treatment at her own cost. Fair right?

This one...... can go court to settle. Because the accident happened on her off days and its not work related accident. And then she was not wearing helmet which is a requirement. So insurance may not cover or reduced coverage.

This one is different from the maid jumping out of the window case.

Use only the rear brake may be wrong. Use 2 brakes at the same time. Press and let go, with FULL concentration on the conditions.

Yes. This is what I did. I user rear brakes to slow down and I mean really slow and front brakes to brake when necessary. The brakes should be applied as soon as you are at the top of the downslope.
