A little further in after the Kids Club, you'll come to the Kisso Japanese Restaurant. The second of the three restaurants buffet, this multi award-winning Japanese restaurant serving an inspired selection of authentic cuisine in a refreshingly modern setting. Perfect for a relaxed lunch or memorable evening's dining, Kisso features seven private tatami rooms, a teppanyaki counter and sushi bar.
A lot of the diners chose to seat here but it was dimly lighted which was no good for us photographers and moreover the fumes from the teppanyaki section was a bit overbearing.
DIY Salad Counter
Radish - I only know of the huge white carrot we used for cooking soup, wondered how palatable this was.
The Teppanyaki Station spanned two counters, from varies types of beef, pork to seafood like scallop, squid, fish, prawn plus vegetables and mushrooms.

Tempura and Teppanyaki Station - You also get freshly fried on the spot tempura of squid, prawn and varies types of vegetables.
On our way down, lets have a preview of what the third restaurant had to offer. To save the diners from having to go up and down the stairs, they have lay out most of the desserts at a corner just outside Kisso.

A waitress from Kisso manning the dessert station.
New York Chocolate Cake - Doesn't this look delicious, covered in rich dark chocolate.
White Chocolate Mousse - Given the choice, my preference would always be dark chocolate as white chocolate is usually too sweet and just milky taste unlike the rich and bitter taste of the former.
Strawberry Mousse
Blueberry Cheese Cake - I am sure this cheese cake will taste berry berry nice.
Don't know why they named this Fruits Salad, I think fruit cocktails would be a better word for it.
So sad, did not try most of the desserts here as they were just too many foods around. Could only sampled a little of each and then they were still many left untouched.
Assorted Pralines - I must admit that I have a weakness for chocolate especially those chocolate with nuts. It's even better if they are not that sweet. This was also the first time I ever saw dates coated in chocolate.
This was my favorite of the pralines. Just the right amount of dark chocolate to coat the chopped almonds. Crunchy nuts with a bitter chocolate taste.
