Actually got a different theory

Cos we are isolated. Like no one care for us. When we make online purchase, we eagerly wait for our purchase. It will be a mail other than bills and adverts. So it feels like we are receiving a present. Just that its sent by us to us. But it feels good.

Something like the Mr Bean show where he drops Christmas cards into his mail box then acts surprised when he receives it.
