can. they seems revise the name to road charge.
Just pay the tol when implemented.
no need to do any registration.

when i comes to collecting money, theres alwys extra motivation to make it works

The fingerprint collection system is still in service, at least in the main arrival hall of the CIQ. If you show up with a new passport, they ask to scan your fingerprints and put a sticr in your passport.

Not at the moment. Road charge and vep are separate things.

Road charge can collect using touch n go.

Vep need the tag. This is later. Collecting money is more important.

Enter Malaysia = RM9.70 + RM20 as RC
Exit Malaysia = RM6.80
Entry Singapore = S$2.70 Woodlands and (S$3.20 Tuas)
