2nd Link: went in on friday, came back today. no charges but need to tab Touch-N-Go on entry custom, no deduction. Out going custom nothing at all.

No one here can answer you. Depends on which is earlier, collect money or distribute tag. Why need to wait, registration is free.

Last time people panic and register at the same time, brought the system down.
