yes, u can topup ur Touch N' Go card at CIQ. Normally at last counter or just ask or look out for e sign board (Woodlands side)... Tuas i not familiar, so just ask when u at e counter.

My card has less than 20MYR, so I need to get out of the car to go to the booth?

For Woodlands, keep most left or right, head to the last counter. You can top up your T&G after the officer clear your passports.

For Tuas, look out for a building in the middle outside the custom. Get your pax to top up your T&G there.

I have learnt to ignore all their policy implementation date, cos most of the time, sure delay

All the touch n go counter seem closed. press the intercom and a lady does come by to other counter too with a portable machine.

Touch n go card does hav expiry too which u cannot use after that. can only get refund or repl at their office near shell petrol kiosk...

Authority mentioned implementation 1st October 2019. As of now, no requirement. Just drive in and pay Road Charge and toll.

I have tried and was able to secured appointment. Don’t bother to wait as the date are near.

Documents required, already spelt out in the email to you for the collection of VEP tag. If NRIC, is registered with TnGo. No need to do anything, it will be linked to VEP RFID, upon activation.
