Malaysia taking over Singapore or Singapore taking over Johore?

I think the Sultan very happy to participate in Singapore economy.

Although the findings, announced in July, showed that 93 per cent of respondents view Johor as an attractive investment destination, talent shortages posed a major concern for them. Nearly 60 per cent of the businesses polled reported difficulties in sourcing skilled workers in Johor.

I read tis lmao😂

All along say sg not enuff talents or skilled talents. Tats y hv to import ft. Plus majority of foreign workers r from Malaysia.

So now is saying Malaysia dun hv the talents n sg hv is it?

Just send d jhks back la. Bizs save alot by paying them in Malaysia pay level n ringgit also.
Difficult to source skilled workers in Johore?
Is that surprising?
.......
They are all in Singapore lah.

You think SG govt will be so stupid to let private companies, especially those tech firm where they can technically work from anywhere, move out to JB where they don't need to pay so much for office rent? Even if pay their existing staff in SGD, they give up one or two levels at MBFC also a lot of cost savings leh. And loss of government taxes.

A win win situation would be to relocate business to Johor but adopt S$ salary payment . That would be good.
