I meant down payment.. OA account u all say will clear the account.. confused..
If down payment is 20k and OA account have 25k how? will they clear my OA?

Thanks!

FOUR months after selecting an unit, HDB will invite to sign lease, need to pay 5% of the flat and other misc (stamp fees, etc) as well I think. If you're Singaporean, than can use CPF. If not enough than gonna use cash.

Why not you people go apply HLE while waiting for Q no to see how much you can loan. Scally buy one 4room 500k, but only can loan 400k. Then another 100k LAN LAN pay cash or loan via banks with higher interest rate.

But the chances for first timer will be lesser if you apply within a year on another BTO or how many no of projects.. Cos cannot Everytime give you 2 chances. Need to b fair for other serous buyers.

yah, really lousy.

can't hdb just create column to fill in the exact number of 1st-timer / 2nd-timer. instead of letting people calculate.

10 of us calculate all get different figures.
rang hdb twice they also different figures.

look at the desperate rate of application... i think next bto 4 room flats will be selling at 500K, then the next will be 550K, the next will be 600K, and so one... hosay liao singaporeans, no more chance of having reasonable price for hdb flats... all can hug can die together liao, cheers!
