Ya..I also dun think my chances of high floor of my fav unit will hav.. most likely mid floors of other units though my que number is 7x.. :(

i thought J0reen is 4 room? And seems like only 4 roomers have their appointment. Any BP 5 roomers with appointment? Btw, my number is 9X

yeah...
actually more than 50% of the total units.
ur selection is already very limited.

firstly, most ppl like to rule out the top floor units.
coz they dun like to be at the ceiling of the flats, plagued with insects or bathing bangla in the water tank, etc lol

secondly, most ppl dun like those units that are 4th flr and below.
so essentially, 5 floors of units are already out.

if u still want to factor in fengshui, avoid units facing the road, dun want to be blocked by the other structures in front of u, avoid units that are facing the exhaust chimney of the coffee shop below, some top floor units are too expensive for u, same type of unit but smaller room area (87sqm vs 93 sqm for 4 rm), etc.

heheh pretty much hv to live with some "un-ideal" features.

pls rank the top 20 units before u guys go to select ur units according to all their factors

i heard new flats now don't have water tank at the top. is tt true?

i thought the cut off date stated is upon booking of new flat? :s11:

tried to copy the link here but cant, what i saw after i click the link to "when to apply" from "Loan from HDB", there's a table there indicated that the HLE letter is required upon booking of new flats from HDB.
