i have a colleague living near bb, he says every morningpeak hrs very diffcult to get on train to jurong east.

was actually considering there and clementi too. lol. but i hate the number of traffic lights on that stretch of road really irritating..

yup, i used to live in CCK earlier, very hard to get on a train coz of the queue to get in. need to wait about 2-3 trains during peak hour

every morning the train from jurong east is fully loaded
usually need to wait 3-4 trains before being able to squeeze on board

getting clementi one is like striking 4d and toto all in one

bukit batok will be premium while clementi is standard flat
What if bukit batok's premium flats cost cheaper than clementi's standard flats? Which will you choose?

just curious, if I apply but fail to get the queue number, does it means that I will be of lower priority in the next round?

Or it’s only when I get the queue number but didn’t choose then my priority will be lower next round?

definitely clementi, no need to bat an eye lid
property is all about location
just check the resale caveats for the 2 places to find out the resale prices. clementi can be upto 50% more than equivalent bt batok.

premium only means nicer facade and maybe got balcony(not all units will gave balcony somemore[check waterway ridges from punggol]) plus full height windows. location trumps all these many times over

besides trivelis is just next door, it will set the standard for selling price a few years down the line, considering the 5 rooms are around 700,000 now, in 5 years time will it cross the 1 million mark(taking into account interest payments + profit + stamp duty and everything)? dunno, you decide

cos everyone from bukit panjang area take lrt to cck to board train, hopefully when downtown line is ready, it can ease the traffic.

at least clementi u can take train to jurong east n try to board from there, bb got only 1 way to go.

1million? i hope that never happens in 5 yrs time.
Anyway those who bought Trevelis will knw its a good or bad deal in 10yrs time.

There wont be another 1million FT flooding in to jerkup the prices anymore..unless they think we have not complain enough. With the many BTO/EC to come this year and even next year, demand will definitely soften and stable.

HDB prices are already very very inflated.
if a 5rm costing 400k+, i think its def worthy...
but chances are, I doubt it will be offered in the 400k range

clementi mrt is really jialat (from je towards city hall), always pack and unable to squeeze in, must wait few trains to get in lucky am not in the area now

clementi isn't that good if you compare it other mature estates nearer to city

wait until the last day of march bto dateline
then check ur tampines' bto and see how many units are left and if they are to ur liking then decide ?
