selection on sat or sun?

is there flat selection on sat and sun?

i noticed the balanced unit is not updated on sat

but is updated on sun

does that mean sunday got people go hdb and select flat?

There are 517 available flats BUT my queue no. is 950. I gave up on this BTO until I received this letter yesterday. So hoping for the best. I really don't mind the low level as long it's near my parents house (less than 400m walking distance)

If you had received letter doesn't mean anything sure will get flatThese was happened to me in NOV BTO, when my appointment date still left 2 days ,the units still have 5 units, when my appointment date on that day, received message from HDB, all flat taken up, dnt need to come...

This is best to check HDB site, how many flat still available when your appointment is near
Are you dnt mind stay at 2nd floor...

Anyone got experience from a high queue number and still manage to get a flat?

I got queue number in march for CCK, my number is 1003 of 788 units available...

I got selection in may, but noticed CCK got more than 50% drop out rate...even high floor available...but rejected this BTO..

Hi, for some of you who have selected your flat and paid $1000/$2000 option fee. Hdb will give you a copy that stated your purchase price and stamp duty charge. did any one calculate the stamp duty reflect on that copy? my stamp duty amount seems to be wrong over charge $200 plus. If it really calculated wrongly. upon signing AOL, we can tell them? cos we already sign on HDB copy. who would know that is wrong. according to STAMP duty calculation first $180,000 x 1%. the next $180,000x2%. Mine is less than $360,000 on my HDB copy is stated $4970, i calculated is $4746 wor.

Does the amount include legal fees as well? or does it include the surveyer fees?

I hear some ppl have appeal, as ppl within range reject less desired unit. I hope if you have limited choice still can reject offer w/o penalty. example less 10% of the unit left.

i rejected my selection for CCK & i got my selection for fajar. no penalty.

the issue whereby queue no. exceed the no. of flats, if they invite you for selection (mine CCK belongs to this category, queue no. 11** out of 788 flats)

Thanks but cck is Jan12 bto, annoced at mar12 bto only.

wonder userid Bob got his flat or not, think his supposed to be yesterday. Remembered that becos both of your selection date just a day in between apart. Hope his flight got back in time for him to go and select. But yest there's 2 prob drop out.. haha... maybe he's one of them becos the nearest unit# 228 already left lower floor level as at yest.
