Based on the price table, why was there a negative interest on Monday?
NAV PriceDealing DateDate that reflects Return
S$ 1.024620-Mar-2421-Mar-24 Thu (nil)
S$ 1.024821-Mar-2422-Mar-24 Fri (double)
S$ 1.024722-Mar-2425-Mar-24 Mon (neg)
S$ 1.025025-Mar-2426-Mar-24 Tue (triple)
S$ 1.025126-Mar-2427-Mar-24 Wed
S$ 1.025127-Mar-2428-Mar-24 Thu (nil)

$1.0247 (fri) - $1.0248 (thu) = -$0.0001 (neg return reflected on mon)
What do you mean by today no interest. Close at 1.0251.
$1.0251 (wed) - $1.0251 (tue) = $0 (no return will be reflected on thu)

Seems it is getting frequent with daily return zero. Even worst with negative return. Last Thurs zero, Mon negative and today zero all these within 7 days period...

the similar display (and instant withdrawal) gives ppl a misconception that mari invest is like mari savings, only with a higher yield. the neg return will wake them up showing that the original capital can actually be lost. its yield, though stable, is not fixed. although i have put all my cash into this, i hope that everyone knows what they r actually buying and not regret later.

I have post a few times underlying is a mutual fund is like stock can go up and down. It is same for moomoo Fullerton Cash Fund. It is just they are stable as in days of green color outnumbered red color. And I always advocate don't all in to any investment instrument. Always remember that and don't be greedy will be fine.

A large chunk of their holdings are MAS bills which has been trending down in terms of yield. They will adjust the NAV growth to a sustainable level with regard to the returns they can get.

There will be this kind of few steps forward one step back kind of thing going on but when held over a reasonable period of time, its pretty difficult to lose money for this kind of thing.

Based on the historical pattern so far, the rates on Monday were usually higher. If this coming Monday's rate after closing is indeed lower or just the normal 0.0001 ct increase then the interest rates will definitely be lower.
