I prefer mari invest over esaver because daily return update more shiok.
Yes, this is still the best at the moment compared to FD/T-bills/SSB.

Based on the tabulation update by Mari Invest on 26 Aug 24, my return is 3.79%. I started with them on Dec 23. Assuming Mari Invest continues to give 7x weekly, at the current price of $1.0443, the annual yield is also about 3.5%. Until I find a better option I will continue to be vested.
And includes daily compounding?
Liquidity is my primary concern so FD, tbill and ssb are out. Yield wise Mari invest also leading. For stability on capital and return, Mari invest is lowest. However I have blind faith on it so I put all in.

Yeah, all these liquidity sucks. In fact, I would love to get 10-year bond instead of SSB. Once the rates drop, I can sell it in the open market. But our 10-year bond is SSB sadly. Illiquid.

For a long term investment capital guarantee asset, SSB ranks highly for me in all 3 categories
- Yield (locked in for 10 years - i have currently locked in at 3.2 to 3.4% pa)
- Liquidity (ability to withdraw at start of the month with no penalty)
- Stability (SG govt backing - Capital Guaranteed)

Now is a not a bad time to look into other funds with guaranteed yield if you are still looking to put funds in MMF. I moved over to tiger for 6.8% promo two months. Only downside is the bonus yield top up will be received in USD

Seems so but short term and with "down time"...if only they have 6 months.
