assuming vip is $4/mth, u will need $12k in savings to breakeven.
i.e. those with more than $12k in mari savings can subscribe to shopeevip for more int.
ShopeeVIP will give 400 Shopee Coins per month, equivalent to $4. And if subscribe for 12 months cycle for $29.88, each month is $2.49. The subscription is already worth.

If you go hawker buy something for $8, you can use 400 Shopee Coins to offset $4. Most stalls accept ShopeePay nowadays.
this is good. coin usage on 50% of hawker food/drinks can try. i read sheng siong and other popular shopeepay merchants also can use coins.

For MII, the whole point of a bond-fund is to re-invest the dividends until you need the passive income.
That way, your average NAV will reduce and get more passive income later.
This PIMCO fund maturity is about 10yr when I last check sometime back.

Before investing, it's always good to understand the Primary and Secondary objective (if any) behind the product.

Yup, I have investment in another fund which is Asian centric. The fund’s the primary objective is capital growth plus income from Asian dividend-paying equities, and the secondary income/distribution feature is the regular payout mechanism supporting that objective.

The top-5 holdings are TSMC, Samsung Electronics, ASE Technology, MediaTek, and Tencent. Yup, very tech-heavy.
