OCBC today also trading lower than yesterday . Likely due to the effect of DBS 10% fall in profit . similar sector, similar sector contagion

Keppel today fell even more. Highly likely due to capitaland massive 70% loss in china. and Keppel is the asset manager, hence market worries relatable issues
my guess for keppel is people taking profit. it shoots up too fast.

for me, keppel is in my watchlist. i believe it will be DBS 2.0 :s12: :s12:

Japan markets continue to soar....... more millionaires and billionaires are born. All the funds that invested in the Japanese markets will huat big time in 2026. Super returns for the funds.

Gold continues to soar to $5100 now. Marching towards $6000 as predicted. After 6,000, it will be unchartered territory. It may go beyond that to 10,000 depending on the USD.

I sold off a few good stocks last week. Now still stuck with amazon, micron, Google. Don't feel like holding long term all these IT tech companies liao. Got chance I sell all of them.
Sounds like a paperhand.

Buy stocks must hold a minimum for 3 years to see good returns.

Me, but abit hesitant. I think I will add when overall market drop to reduce the risk. The high debt is what concerns me alot.
i like the chart and entry now. it's more than 50% drop fr high.
i'm just hesitant about overall market strength lol.

In this volatile market, all companies sound like hypes to me. The amount of news/ads on these tech companies cannot be fully trusted. Even AI could be hype? So dunno how to buy.

Just monitor bah, SNDK I thought just SSD/storage-solution company (to me its a commodity, aka fad due to datacentre hype), but I don't know really since I'm not expert.

If you look at the SNDK stock chart, the 1500% rise in a year has all the hallmarks of a speculative bubble. Even if the AI demand is real, the price people are paying for that future might be irrational. NAND is never in short supply forever, and its not even proprietary technology. Eventually supply catches up.
flash have 6 players , everybody greedy want to produce more to earn more .... the only cap is AI demand must run faster than their factory output growth

china side ... tiagong from youtube video they growing output by more than 25% per year .... got state subsidy and political support ..... if western equipment suppliers no tech embargo they can grow at even higher rate

I don't dare to buy , because remember the phrase "too many cooks spoil the soup"

Yes stocks are volatile in the near term. ie <3 years.

That's why must hold longer to see good returns.

Research more on historical rolling returns.

tsmc within 2% of 2t cap

software selloff continues .... pain for my msft :frown:

data centre plays are going lower due to the proposal to make them commit to current and future electricity grid upgrades ......... literally force them to takeover the aging system when they currently don't have enough money to build data centres (issue bonds and take a hit on their stock price) , limit their growth
this is the only thing keeping their economy in growth , decelerate it will have problems

This doesn't look good. A sudden U-turn and a cliff dive. Looks like April 2025 is repeating. Tree fall monkey run
