Haha my opinion differs from u.. I dont think its gd enough to even make me wanna lvl it.. But i will try and lvl it to 25 at least... 2% better than dun have..

Ya. My fren did the numbers. Hawkeye syn seems great in paper but in theory , u need high crit for it to be useful to add the crit damage. So it is better off u add 100+ damage rating than lvling him for the syn.

Ya.. For me base dmg is always > crit rating / crit dmg.. U got high base dmg, automatically the dmg output when u crit will be high... If u got low base dmg but high crit dmg, u need to pewpewpew and pray for crit.. Too rng based which i dun like..

Case in point - a 3k salary thats paid 1x OT for 8hrs of work vs a 1.7k salary thats paid 2x OT for 8hrs.. The 3k guy will take home more despite being paid 1x nia..
