Mastercard tap in TransitLink

Anyone has experience like mine? I registered one of my Mastercard with my NRIC for the at ABT, but somehow I didn't get to register an email that time.

Now I can't register an email address as they detected that my NRIC has been registered before, and I can't reset password as my email is not a valid registered address!

Need to go GTM to switch to bank mode if the card has ezlink/nets flashpay

They didn't take into consideration the refund procedure for those on abt. My friend having trouble getting refund when the train breakdown the other day. Go transitlink office, tell her to contact bank and bank route her back to transitlink

They did consider. Should use the "submit claim" in the ABT account.

I have both types. So without ezlink shld be able to use right? Didn't work
The one with ezlink I put on the machine but can't see any options to change to bank mode.

Could be the machine & not the card. I had this issue at Bedok MRT station. One machine dont have the option to change the card setting while the one beside it could.

It's standard for all what. CEPAS also deduct 77 cents once you enter.

testing the MC tap it charges me tats why i puzzled.

anyway 77 cents refunded back to my card already.

Some stations have the sticker on the tap zone that staying in the station will still incur 77 cents.
