20% is the highest for BOC Qoo10 with $600 min spend. ICBC having 20% promo too for Masters till end June.

Thanks. For icbc, is the cashback automatically used to offset bill? 20% until 30 jun looks good. But how long to receive the card?

my ICBC cards were applied many years back so someone else can help answer.

For BOC Qoo10, it takes 3 months but take note the 20% is a key feature of the card not a limited time promo like ICBC.

Need to spend $40 on bus and mrt and have it posted within Apr promo period or May promo period.

Note that for Mastercard, posting is not immediate so effectively must hit $40 in about 2.5 weeks for Apr promo.
