I.e. funds in holding balance now = meet deadline? or will they treat the date when the funds are updated to available balance as the date where funds are received for the promotion...

2) if above fail before tomorrow, perhaps just load with cc

At least cc they charge u commission not immediate is tell system issue

Yesterday evening topped up using DBS ib, holding balance for few hour then top up amount already reflected in wallet, no fee no "2 working days" as stated.

I am also thinking about this so decided to top up tonight since new billing cycle starts tmr for me to get my rebate.

For free top up method, this is what matchmove just replied to me (17/1 noon): The DBS/ POSB top up method takes 2 days to process. This means that you will likely make a successful top up and be eligible for the top up promotion if you top up by today or at the latest by tomorrow by the DBS/ POSB top up method.

Wish I knew it was so fast for the last promo so I won't have to end up paying the charges without any rebates.

Cause I dun wana pay a single cent, other cards got other usage without paying any processing fee
Actually I was testing for fun only, last 20% promo I used cc, I have not tried this ib bill payment, never thought it was so fast

No la, only this period, as DBS year end promo just finished ma~ last time the mmw 20% promo I used cc and topped too much liao, I don't have many prepaid account,spending cannot catch up...

Hmmm sounds decent. $100 get $10 can use for small item, the Christmas promo till now I have $600 stuck south them, haven't decided what to spend on. LOL.
