Those account under suspension still can reactivated after face to face verification.

I forgot to ask timeline from suspended to closed.

I already zero out all my credits so i'm not overly concerned, the only thing is that i have 20k points which i dunno worth how much next time. Now just using Fevo as the top up fee is only 1%.
